Uiga is operated by Compval Trading and Services Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland ("Uiga", "we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of this site and any products, services, or leasing arrangements you purchase through it.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on this site, including any "from" prices, are indicative only. The price that applies to your order is the amount stated in the formal quote we issue in response to your Request a Quote submission. A quote is valid only until the date shown on it; after that date, please request a new quote.

Accepting a Quote and Payment

Accepting a quote in your account authorises us to begin work and creates a payment obligation for the quoted amount. Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your card details. Work begins once payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Leasing Arrangements

Hardware leasing terms — duration, monthly cost, and end-of-term options — are set out in the specific quote for that arrangement and form part of these Terms once accepted.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel after paying, contact us as soon as possible — refunds for work not yet started are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed or hardware already provisioned is non-refundable.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide when requesting a quote.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of this site.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This site and the information on it are provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Uiga / Compval Trading and Services Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Uiga is owned and operated by Compval Trading and Services Ltd. Our business is registered in Northern Ireland.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
